Step by step guide :
- As you have partner visa you don’t have file in labour because labour and partner are two different things. So first what you need is to get Offer letter form any company why this is important will come later
- After getting the offer letter you need to apply for labour approval this is most crucial step because with out labour approval you cannot mover forward
- After getting labour approval , you need to print your passport Labour approval offer letter and go to Al Aweer immigration Dubai.
- Don’t worry about immigration all news that they deport you or they arrest you are entirely false.
- In Al aweer immigration go to counter and say to them you need to cancel the visa they will ask couple of question answer them like this. You will get Outpass you okay with this ? Again don’t worry this is not deportation outpass this is green outpass. Tell them yes. The counter will give you token to counter 22.
- After going to counter 22 they will ask you want to cancel the visa ? You will say yes they will print out 3 paper. Take three paper and go to cashier they will take total 2370 AED as fine and your outpass will come in your mail.
- After taking the outpass you must need to exit the country once you can go to any place you want . Your home country in my case I went to Azerbaijan as I don’t want to deal with immigration at my home country
- Leave UAE now this is most important step apply for visa at least after 24 hours. You will get visa within 3-12 hours confirmed.
